Dr. Sarang Vijayan, a native of Thalassery, Kannur, completed his MBBS in 2010 from Government Medical College, Calicut. He further earned an MD in General Medicine at Government Medical College, Trissur, followed by a DM in Nephrology from Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad. After a brief tenure as an Assistant Professor in the Department of General Medicine at Government Medical College, Trissur, Dr. Sarang has been practicing as a Consultant Nephrologist at Aster MIMS, Kannur since 2020. His professional interests include kidney transplants, glomerular diseases, and extracorporeal therapies. Additionally, he serves as a visiting consultant at Aramana Hospital, Kasaragode, and Nucleus Hospital, Panoor.
