Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent attendees from participating in the conference. To accommodate such situations, we have established the following refund policy:

1.Cancellations before 15th September 2024:

A 50% refund of the registration fee will be issued if the cancellation is intimated to the Organizing Secretary in writing before 15th September 2024.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for registration and processed within 15 days after the date of the conference.

2.Cancellations after 15th September 2024, 00.00 hrs:

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 15th September 2024, 00.00 hrs.

3.Cancellation Process:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the Organizing Secretary at organizingsecretary@naok.in. The date of the email will be considered the date of the cancellation request.

4.Refund Method:

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for registration. Please allow up to 15 days after the date of the conference for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

5.Force Majeure:

In the event that the conference is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), the organizers will provide information regarding refunds or rescheduling options as soon as possible.
